Hi, I’m Beth Roberts…
With 25+ years in fitness and 15+ years in Killington, I’ve created an integrated coaching experience—blending strength training, nutrition, block therapy and retreats to serve locals and visitors alike.

Block Therapy is designed to melt through restrictions in fascia tissue caused from aging, injury and surgery.
The student lies over a therapeutic tool called the Block Buddy.
The combination of body weight, gravity and diaphragmatic breathing creates a heating effect that melts through restrictions, improving blood and oxygen flow to cells.
What to expect in class: this practice is similar to a restorative yoga class. The Block Buddy, added as a prop, will enhance the experience and release deep adhesions, pain and stress that exist within your body.
Tuesday evenings 6:15pm with Kim Kranz of Gravity Sports Fitness
This 1 hour full body studio workout is curated to simply complement our active outdoor lifestyle in the mountains. Improve strength, balance and endurance through varied class formats. All abilities welcome!

This class welcomes any and everyone, no matter what your background or experience with yoga is. Practice will be 60 minutes featuring sequences that blend hatha and vinyasa offerings. Variations and modifications are always offered, prop use is cued and encouraged. Good tunes. Good vibes. Good times!
