Where are you located? The KBC Wellness Center is conveniently located at 2363 US-4 In Killington, VT.

What type of classes do you offer? We offer a variety of indoor and (seasonal) outdoor classes including Boot Camp, Trail Running, Yoga, Indoor Cycling and Strength-based circuits. This link will take you to the schedule page. Click on any class name to read a brief description of the class.

I'm a beginner (or just getting restarted), what classes should I start with? The strength circuit and yoga basics classes are a great starting point. Outdoor Boot Camps and Trail Running which are the most advanced classes. Contact us with questions about specific classes. 

Which classes are held outdoors? Seasonally we offer outdoor boot camp classes. Any class listed as "Boot Camp" on the schedule will be held outdoors (in the same location) whenever Mother Nature allows. 

What should I bring to class? Bring a bottle of water, a pair of indoor shoes to change into (for indoor classes) and a mat or towel (optional). 

Do I have to wear a face covering? (updated 7/25/21)

You do not need to wear a face covering during your workout.

If you are fully vaccinated you do not need a face covering on our property at all. Face coverings are now optional

Where is the entrance to the class studio? Our entrance is around the back of the building. On the east side of the building there is a walkway to a deck that wraps around the back of the building. Enter through this door and come up the stairs. If the Basecamp Bike and Ski Shop (our downstairs neighbor) is open when you arrive, feel free to enter through the shop!

How do I sign up for a class? Select a membership package or drop-in option here. After you purchase your option, proceed to the schedule page to sign up for class! This is an important step, don't miss the sign up to reserve your spot in class!

What is the minimum age to attend a class or hike? Aside from special events and our kid's yoga program we are open to ages 16+ for regular schedule classes and hikes.

Can I bring my dog on a guided hike? Unfortunately our insurance policy does not allow dogs to come along. 

Can I put my membership on hold? Yes, in most cases. After your first 3 months of an autopay or with any upfront membership of 3 months or more you are allowed one hold per membership period.
