General Questions

Killington Boot Camp is a fitness and wellness community in Killington, VT offering group training, one-on-one coaching, Block Therapy, nutrition coaching, and wellness retreats.

We are based in Killington, Vermont. Our in-house programs take place locally, and we also offer virtual training and international wellness retreats.

Yes, we offer virtual training options for select programs, challenges, and coaching services.

Getting started is easy, imply book a free consultation through our website or contact us directly to find the best program for your goals.

We offer an Intro to KBC Starter Package. This includes a variety of short workout videos, an itnitial consulatation and schedule set up, a one hour private training session with Beth to learn the basics of all the classes you may be interested in as well as a special introductory offer for your first punch passes or private training (limited availability) package! As part of our required liability waiver we include a Contract Agreement with our refund policy: worded as following:

"I agree to fulfill the terms of any contract I agree to with KBC Coaching. Early cancellation of a contract will result in a 30 day penalty cancellation fee.

Refund policy: There are no refunds. You are making a commitment to your health and wellness. If you decide to quit a program before the expiration date you may apply the value to a future program with KBC. "

Group Training & Coaching

Yes. All of our classes are scalable and designed to accommodate beginners through advanced participants.

Yes. We provide one-on-one and small group coaching for clients who want more personalized programming and accountability.

Most group sessions range from 45 to 60 minutes depending on the class format.

Wear comfortable workout clothing, bring a water bottle, and arrive ready to move. All necessary equipment is provided.

Block Therapy

Block Therapy is a guided fascia-release method that uses a therapeutic block, breathwork, and positioning to reduce pain, improve posture, and restore mobility.

Yes. Sessions are gentle, guided, and appropriate for all fitness levels.

You will be guided through breathing and positioning techniques using The Block to release tension and improve alignment.

Wellness Retreats

No. All retreat activities are scalable and designed for a wide range of fitness levels.

Yes. Retreats are held in Vermont and select international destinations.

Each retreat includes fitness sessions, wellness activities, group experiences, and free time to relax. Specific inclusions vary by retreat.

Challenges & Special Programs

The AMRAP Challenge is a 30-day fitness challenge offered in-house and virtually to build strength, consistency, and accountability.

Yes. Virtual participation is available for eligible programs and challenges.

Membership, Scheduling & Policies

No long-term contracts are required. We offer flexible training options and punch pass packages.

Cancellation policies vary by program and event. Specific details are provided at the time of registration.

Yes. Punch passes are available and allow flexible access to classes.
