In 2016, she did her 200 YTT in Koh Samui, Thailand at Vikasa Yoga. When Danyelle returned home, she began teaching Power Flow and Yin classes at the Killington Bootcamp Studio. In 2017 she decided to travel to Barcelona, Spain and continue her education with the YogaBody Studio and train in Trapeze Yoga. Kelli Clifford

Yoga Instructor
Kelli arrived at her 200+ hour Yoga teacher training at Inner Strength Studio in Watertown, Ma in 2017. At a cross roads in her life, not knowing what the next “right” move or decision was for me, she just signed up for the program and went for it!

In her words:
I didn’t know exactly what I needed at the time but I did know how my mind and body felt after taking a yoga class….Calm, clear, strong and confident.
Just by showing up to the studio, being in the presence of like minded people, my energy shifted into something positive, without fail, every time!

I gained so much through my teaching but the most important lifelong tool I received was how to truly breathe deep and how beneficial it is to utilize this skill while transitioning through each posture.
I enjoy teaching a variety of styles that range from Yin (slow, long holding postures) to a more fast paced energetic power flow, with my focus always on the breath.

You will find a great blend of challenging yourself and caring for yourself with a balance of effort and ease… all while having fun and not taking yourself too seriously!
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner;  I teach with every-BODY in mind and will always provide modifications.

I am so excited to be a part of your journey in seeing your own inner potential and to help guide you in becoming the best version of yourself 🙏❤️
