What Is Block Therapy & How It Works

Block Therapy focuses on releasing fascial restrictions caused by aging, injury, or surgery. By lying on a Block Buddy, using bodyweight, gravity, and diaphragmatic breathing, we “melt” adhesions—improving blood flow, oxygenation, posture, and cellular function.

What to Expect in a Session

What Happens in a Block Therapy Class or Private Session

Restorative-yoga style posture work on the Block Buddy to release tension

Diaphragmatic breathing to fuel tissue release and relaxation

Teaching foundational breathing, posture, and fascial care for long-term benefits.

Group Classes vs. Private Training:

Group sessions are a supportive introduction in the Killington studio.

Private one-on-one sessions offer enhanced personalization—ideal for pain relief, chronic tension, or corrective alignment.

TESTIMONIALS

Real Stories, Real Results

Charles jones

Private training client for 8 years, Charles  is 90 years young. He practices TRX, Pliability, Rowing and Block Therapy on a regular basis.

Recently after a Block Therapy session Charles told me:

"After I finish blocking I feel like I have traded my body for someone somewhat younger than I am."

Lisa Lewis

Recreational Endurance Athlete, Avid Skier and Cyclist.

"I have been blocking with Beth for roughly a month & I am starting to see real benefits. Recently I did a 30 mile bike ride that has 3 significant climbs ranging from 1.5 miles to 4 miles. On each climb I focused on the diaphragmatic breathing that Beth teaches in Block class & I was amazed at how much easier the climbs were. I finished the ride feeling totally relaxed as opposed to exhausted which is more typical. Totally transformational!"
