What Is Block Therapy & How It Works


Block Therapy focuses on releasing fascial restrictions caused by aging, injury, or surgery. By lying on a Block Buddy, using bodyweight, gravity, and diaphragmatic breathing, we “melt” adhesions—improving blood flow, oxygenation, posture, and cellular function.

Group sessions are a supportive introduction in the Killington studio.

Private one-on-one sessions offer enhanced personalization—ideal for pain relief, chronic tension, or corrective alignment.

Scheduled Group Block Therapy Classes are included with memberships and punch passes.

This practice uses a specific tool: The Block Buddy!

Bring Your Own Block Buddy to class or contact us to borrow one (limited # of loaners blocks available)

 

Please note: We have a Zoom option available but you must have your on Block Buddy (or similar tool) and have done at least one in person training with us OR completed the sampler program.

We can give you free access to the sampler program.
