Early Bird Winter Sports Small Group 5 week session
$150.00 for 2 months
This 5 week program is designed to build strength and endurance progressively. Each week, the intensity or volume of the workouts will increase slightly. The one hour group sessions would be held once a week, and participants will be given “homework” workouts to complete on their own.
This program is good for most levels of fitness. It is an intermediate to advanced level training.
