The KBC AMRAP Challenge is a 30-day strength and conditioning challenge offered both in-house in Killington, VT and virtually worldwide—designed to build consistency, accountability, and full-body fitness.

What Is the AMRAP Challenge?

AMRAP is a workout format where you perform as many rounds as possible of a circuit of exercises within a set timeframe

AMRAP can significantly improve both muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance/fitness.

AMRAP is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that allows you to achieve a potent workout, including a full-body session, in a short period

8am and 5pm options

Homework video so you can train at home as well!

Sample Class Format for our AMRAP Challenge 

Warm up

(Approximately 5 minutes)

Interval Training for all levels

Basic cardio and strength using a variety of equipment (approximately 10 minutes) 

Two AMRAP Challenge segments

Record your personal best for the week! (approximately 15 minutes) 

Strength and Mobility training

Followed by cool down and stretching

Sample KBC AMRAP Challenge drills

(Low impact modifications will be shown, this is a sample, changes may be made for January)

Timer will be set for 6 minutes and you will perform the drills in order at your own pace for As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) within the time period.

AMRAP 1:

Jumping Jacks 20x

Squat Leap 4x

Plank Dropdowns 4x

Repeater Side Tap 20x each side

AMRAP 2:

Bike Abs alternating 20x

Single Leg Bridge Press 10x each leg

Butterfly Roll Up (or crunch) 5x

Side Plank Lift 5x each sid
