Between the cookouts, frozen coffee drinks, late-night snacks, and poolside treats…

Summer cravings are real! ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿ”

 

And listen — I’m all in for enjoying the season.

But if you’re like most of my clients, you want to feel good and still enjoy your life.

Here’s the good news: You don’t have to give up your favorite summer foods.

 

You just need a few smart swaps that taste great without the crash, bloat, or brain fog.

Try one (or a few!) of these next time you’re tempted:

๐Ÿฆ Instead of ice cream every night:
Blend a frozen banana with your favorite protein powder, a splash of almond milk, and a spoonful of peanut butter.

๐Ÿน Instead of sugary cocktails:
Flavored sparkling water + lime + a splash of 100% juice or coconut water. If you’re feeling fancy, toss in a sprig of mint or some fresh berries!

๐ŸŒฎ Instead of greasy takeout or tacos:
Lettuce wrap tacos with seasoned ground turkey, avocado, and a drizzle of Greek yogurt sauce.

๐Ÿ“ Instead of “fruit snacks”:
Chilled watermelon cubes with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of sea salt. 

๐Ÿฅค Instead of soda / sweet tea:
Mint or hibiscus tea over ice with lemon… it’s naturally sweet, caffeine-free, and gut-friendly.

๐ŸซInstead of s’mores:
A square of dark chocolate + almond butter + a couple frozen raspberries!!

 

These swaps are simple AND they taste great.

And they work — even when your summer schedule is all over the place.
