Change of Season Updates!

In case you missed the email:

Some updates on our seasonal schedule change:

As you have seen we have started transitioning toward more evening classes and soon all classes will be indoors (aside from some possible special events!). For the next two weeks just double check the time and class that you sign up for, as we will be shifting the schedule gradually.

 

IMPORTANT: As of 10/4 the morning class times will shift to an 8:15am start. Yes, parents, I have been listening to you! 

A number of members drop their children off at school at 8am and had asked to come to class ten minutes late. 

To make this easier for all, we shifted the morning class times 15 minutes. 

 

NEW CLASSES on the schedule: 

Winter Sports Conditioning with Christina

Mondays 4:45pm

This class will be scalable for most levels and is the OPTIMAL way to prepare for your winter sports! In Coach Christina’s words: it is a scalable, functional workout with a focus on training to develop strength and endurance that will help us ski and ride more safely (injury prevention) and efficiently (it feels good when we're doing it!).

This class will be on the regular schedule and begins Monday 10/11.

 

Apres Ski Yoga with Kelli

Saturdays @4:30 (starting November 6)

We are excited to bring back this popular class! Kelli Clifford will lead an apres ski  yoga flow on Saturdays this winter at 4:30pm

A few more things:

PLEASE change out of your outdoor shoes in the entryway at the top of the stairs! This is going to be more and moe impaortant as we go through mud season and enter the winter! Thank you!!

October Mobility Challenge:

It’s finally happening! After postponing this trip 3x due to the pandemic and travel guidelines we are finally going!! We have 9 people coming along so far, still have room for 3 more!!
