4-Week Intro to Fascia Fitness Group

  • This program is designed to combine targeted strength training with fascia release using various techniques including Block Therapy, lacrosse balls and self bodywork.  Each week we will target a different area. The 75 minute group sessions would be held weekly on Wednesday evening from 5-6:15pm.
  • This program is good for most levels of fitness. 
  • We recommend a basic knowledge of Block Therapy for this session, please attend at least one Block Therapy session or request the (free) at home online intro program from us. 
  • Block Buddy is not  required, we have loaner blocks available to reserve if you do not have one.
