6-Week Block Fitness Group
This program is designed to combine targeted pliability training with Block Therapy. Over six weeks we will cover the full body. Each week we will target a different area. The 75 minute group sessions would be held once a week.
This program is good for most levels of fitness.
We do require a basic knowledge of Block Therapy for this session.
Block Buddy is required and we do have loaner blocks available to reserve if you do not have one.

We will reduce adhesions and increase blood flow to targeted areas with our Block and follow it immediately with targeted exercises to train the area. The results are incredible!!
