Our Block Fitness Small Group Session is a guided mobility and recovery-focused class designed to help you move better, feel better, and restore balance in your body. Using The Block, breathwork, and expert coaching, this session targets tension in the fascia to improve posture, reduce pain, and enhance overall movement quality.
Each session is led in a supportive small group setting, allowing for personalized guidance while benefiting from the energy and motivation of the group. Whether you’re an athlete, busy professional, or simply looking to improve mobility and recovery, this session provides a low-impact yet highly effective approach to whole-body wellness.
Each week we will target a different area. The 75 minute group sessions would be held weekly on Wednesday evening from 5 - 6:15 pm.
We recommend a basic knowledge of Block Therapy for this session, please attend at least one Block Therapy session or request the (free) at home online intro program from us.

Just wear comfortable clothing and bring water. All Block Therapy tools are provided.
