Designed to prepare you for both obstacle course racing and for living a more vital, engaged, and healthy life, this 8-week program will progressively challenge your strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.  
 
Training for obstacle course races builds complete, all-around fitness.
  • Each week you will run, jump, climb, crawl, push, pull, throw, carry, lunge, stretch, squat, breathe and sweat to gain mental and physical stamina.
  • You will develop power, agility, speed, tenacity, and grit.
  • This program will help you to become a balanced, well-rounded athlete ready to take on any endeavor, on the race course or in daily life.

    Note:  this is the perfect training for the 
    Killington Spartan races coming to the area on the weekend of September 10!
