Our First Double Blocking Small Group Session is here!!

 

These small group double blocking sessions will take your Block Therapy practice to a new level.

We will reduce adhesions and increase blood flow to multiple areas at once using both the Block Buddy and the Block Baby.

Learn how to make the best use of your blocks with our double blocking program! Over the 4 weeks we will address the entire body.

You will also have access to class recordings for reference.

  • Accountability: A set schedule creates a sense of commitment. With a small group, participants are more likely to show up and develop a sense of community with the group.
  • Personal Attention: With a small group size you will experience personalized feedback on form, have more modification options, and individual attention while still benefiting from a group dynamic.

The Details and Sign up Info

This program is good for most levels of fitness. We do require a basic knowledge of Block Therapy for this session. Block Buddy and baby (or similar tool, contact Beth with questions) required and we do have a limited number loaner blocks available to reserve.

We will meet weekly from 8-10am on Sunday mornings starting September 13th, ending October 5th

You will have recordings available to you for a limited time after each class.

Virtual option (experienced blockers only please) available as well, contact Beth for details and for sign up info.
